MamaMary is a world of its own and is inventing something never seen before...

The MamaMary Project was born at the end of 2017 when a group of friends, driven by the desire to create one of the first EU Legal Cannabis Company, returned to Italy from California and Amsterdam respectively and began marketing CBD products throughout Europe. In a few months from its debut, MamaMary won the 1st Cannabis Cup and opened the 1st Dispensary in Rome setting the base for being a pioneer in the Global Cannabis Industry.

At the end of 2018 the company opened its 2nd dispensary and expanded its network of retailers.

In 2019, the company completes its first harvest producing a total of 100 million mg of Cannabis and winning the second Cannabis Cup at the 4.20 Hemp Fest in Milan.

In 2020, the year of the Pandemic, the company improves its delivery service and e-commerce with an increase in online sales of +1000%. The company produces its second harvest with a total of 200 million mg of Cannabis.

In 2021, the company produces its third harvest with a total of 300 million mg of Cannabis and in 2022 it is building a medical production facility as it prepares for the future legalization of Cannabis.

In 2022, the company expands its team to focus on strengthening its technological structure in view of international expansion.

In 2023, the company opens its third dispensary and produces its fourth harvest closing the year with a 30% growth.

In 2024 MamaMary opens its first dispensary abroad in Malta, following the legalization of Cannabis in the country and thus becomes a multinational company in one of the most complicated and challenging sectors of the century and opens a 4th dispensary in Rome Italy.

In 2025 the company is further expanding in international markets focusing on a fast and sustainable growth.

What will you have to do Sales Manager?

Some of your tasks will be :

• Always try to come up with ideas to Improve the store where you work.
• Come up with creative ideas for content
• Engage with customers
• Increase the average receipt of customers in store
• Build customer loyalty
• Inventory management / shipping management
• Make the dispensary operate smoothly

Requirements

• Knowledge of Cannabis
• Extroverted personality
• Knowledge of English (A2 at least) is a MUST
• Preferably students of Marketing or Design or Art or Business
• Dynamic and fun spirit
• Easy to work with (no touchy people, no prima donnas, no complicated people)
• Team spirit
• Self-control
• Place of residence ROME
• Preferably MAC User
• Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus
