Job summary

Allianz in Milan is seeking a relationship-manager for Brokers to grow the portfolio across all lines of business. You will report to the Head of Sales and collaborate with Underwriting to deliver optimal client solutions.

Key requirements include a degree in Law or Economics, fluency in Italian and English, leadership, and travel readiness within an international organization.

Job description

Based in Milan and reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be in charge of managing the relationship with the Broker and you will develop the portfolio with the acquisition of new Risks of all Lines of Business in a profitable way.

With strong ties to the Group, you will also support the local strategy to ensure the successful achievement of the Allianz Commercial targets. You will collaborate with the Underwriting Structure to get the best solutions for the Clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deal with the Brokers for acquiring new business and developing the portfolio
• Communicate local business strategy externally
• Get the goals assigned to drive the achievement of financial targets
• Monitoring the existing portfolio trying to maintain it
• Work closely with Underwriting Team to achieve the goals assigned
• Cross selling activity Collaborate with the Operation Structure to guarantee the best service to the Broker Attention to the new business and retention of the existing one

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Law or Economics, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in Insurance Sales Structure dedicated to Brokers or in Brokers Sales Structure
• Leadership skills Knowledge of the Market regarding Corporate Clients
• Ability to deal with the Brokers, including the Global Ones
• Ideally experience in driving selling projects
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work in an international organization
• Availability to travels
• Fluent in italian and English (both written and spoken)
• Very good knowledge in Office 365 and other collaborative tools
• Data Reporting

Pursuant to Article5(1) of Legislative Decree No.96 of 7 May2026, as amended and supplemented from time to time, the range applicable to the position offered is between€45.000grossand€55.000gross.

Employment will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the National Collective Labor Agreement for Insurance Companies and the applicable Company Agreement. The final determination of the starting remuneration will be based on an evaluation of the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and relevant experience in relation to the requirements of the role.
