Gruppo Campari is seeking an Insurance Management Senior Specialist to support the Insurance Management program within Campari Group’s Global Finance function. You will handle local Italian policy contracts and health/accident insurances, coordinating with brokers and insurers to gather data, prepare reports, and ensure timely notifications and follow-up on claims.

Competenze

• Min 5 years in the Insurance Industry or insurance management in an international company.
• Degree in Economics / Law is a plus.
• Very good English; another language is a plus.
• Pragmatic, hands-on.
• Detail oriented.
• Insurance practice and techniques (basic knowledge).
• Contractual structure knowledge.

Mansioni

• Liaise daily with broker and insurers and manage health and accident policies.
• Perform yearly data collection, verification, and reporting for Finance/HR/FP&A.
• Review insurance sections of contracts with third-party suppliers per group guidelines.
• Handle claims management: receipt, notification, and follow-up.
• Support negotiations and information gathering for insurance documents and premiums.
• Process payments instructions with Shared Service Center and coordinate loss-prevention activities.

In this role you will support the Insurance Management program within Campari Group’s Global Finance function. You will handle local Italian policy contracts and health/accident insurances, working closely with brokers and insurers. You will gather data, prepare reports, and ensure timely notifications and follow-up on claims, while coordinating with internal clients and cross-functional partners. The role offers exposure to multinational programs and a chance to strengthen the group’s risk management capabilities. You will contribute to a robust insurance program that supports business growth and protection of assets.
