Premier Tech Systems and Automation in Italy is seeking an Installation and Commissioning Engineer to install and start up our equipment at customer sites worldwide. You will travel extensively, up to 70%, and act as the ambassador for Premier Tech, ensuring successful deployments and transitions to after-sales support.

You will also perform internal testing at our Parma facility when not on site, train customers on equipment use, and diagnose and resolve on-site issues while maintaining high

Competenze

• Technical training in mechatronics engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial packaging.
• Ability to work with electrical, mechanical and pneumatic components.
• Knowledge of Siemens PLCs preferred.
• Independent, self-motivated with strong customer orientation.
• Excellent Italian and intermediate-advanced English.
• Willing to travel extensively (+70%).
• Full driving license; based near Parma, Italy if possible.

Mansioni

• Install and commission a range of industrial equipment at customer sites.

Your future role

In this role, you will be responsible for theinstallationand commissioning of a variety of industrial equipment on our customer sites. You will act as an ambassador for Premier Tech and help maintain the company's reputation worldwide.

• When you are not working at the customer site, you will perform internal testing at our location in Parma
• You will install and start-up the equipment at the customer site
• You will have to conduct tests to verify proper operation of the equipment
• You are the expert: you will train our customers on the use of their new equipment
• Ensure a clear transition to our Service team after the I&C period is finished
• Problems at the customer site? You will diagnose and resolve them

Our perfect candidate would have…

• Had technical training in mechatronics industry
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the industrial packaging industry
• The ability to work with electrical, mechanical and pneumatic components
• Knowledge of PLCs (preferably Siemens) as an advantage
• An independent, self-motivated and committed to customer satisfaction mindset
• Excellent communication skills in Italian – intermediate to advanced skills in English
• Passion for traveling – you’re willing to travel extensively (+70%)
• A full driver's license and is preferably based in the surroundings of Parma, Italy to perform internal testing

• Quando non lavorerai presso i clienti, eseguirai test interni nella nostra sede di Parma
• Installerai ed avvierai gli impianti presso gli stabilimenti
• Eseguirai prove per verificare il corretto funzionamento degli impianti
• L’esperto sei tu: formerai i clienti sull'utilizzo degli impianti installati
• Ti occuperai di conferire informazioni chiare al reparto post-vendita al termine della messa in servizio
• Problemi con l’installazione o la messa in servizio? Li analizzerai e li risolverai

Il nostro candidato ideale...

• Possiede una formazione tecnica nel settore della meccatronica
• Ha accumulato almeno 5 anni di esperienza lavorativa nel settore dell'imballaggio industriale
• Sa lavorare con componenti elettrici, meccanici e pneumatici
• Conosce i PLC (preferibilmente Siemens)
• Possiede una mentalità indipendente, sa automotivarsi e fa del suo meglio per soddisfare i clienti
• Possiede eccellenti capacità di comunicazione in italiano e competenze da intermedie ad avanzate in inglese
• Ama viaggiare ed è disposto a viaggiare molto (+70%)
• Possiede una patente di guida completa ed è domiciliato preferibilmente nei dintorni di Parma, Italia, per eseguire le prove macchina interne
