Job Overview

As an Inside Sales Specialist you will generate quality leads and follow up on inbound email and telephone inquiries. The role includes updating the CRM system, upselling and cross‑selling to existing customers, attending industry events and conducting research on market trends and competitors’ products.

Responsibilities
  • Generate, qualify and nurture both inbound and outbound leads; give company presentations to potential and actual clients.
  • Scout and prospect new channel opportunities to develop the business in collaboration with relevant departments, e.g. marketing.
  • Follow up on inbound email and telephone inquiries and update the CRM system on a regular basis.
  • Conduct research on market trends and competitors’ products.
  • Work with Italian and other countries’ peers and departments to share and plan best practices and ideas.
  • Attend industry events, trade fairs and educational workshops.
  • Constantly monitor opportunities and threats in the market to allow adjustment of the commercial strategy.

Qualifications
  • At least 1‑3 years of work experience in Inside Sales and/or Marketing; ideally in a startup / growth environment.
  • Preferably previous experience in construction, renewables or security industry.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs.
  • Preferably experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
  • Native Italian, Advanced (conversational) English skills for internal communication.
