A leading biotech company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative for the EMEA region. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and supporting client inquiries. Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and possess experience in client-facing roles, as well as laboratory experience with DNA, RNA, or proteins.

  • 1 year of experience in a client-facing role such as sales, customer service, or technical support.
  • 1 year of laboratory experience using DNA, RNA, or proteins.

At Aldevron, we shape the future of medicine by advancing science in meaningful ways. This position is part of the EMEA-based commercial team reporting to the Director of Sales, EMEA & APAC and will be fully remote.

Responsibilities
  • Uncover new business both in existing and new accounts by identifying potential opportunities, reaching out to potential clients, identifying their needs and building relationships based on quality and trust.
  • Support inbound client questions via the website by introducing clients to Aldevron’s capabilities and qualifying opportunities prior to introducing clients to the local business development manager and technical sales specialist.
  • Partner with business development, marketing and technical sales to grow regional business and achieve/exceed your quota.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience in a client-facing role such as sales, customer service, or technical support.
  • 1 year of experience at the lab bench with hands-on experience using DNA, RNA, or proteins.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Using a CRM such as Hubspot or Salesforce.
  • An understanding of the cell and gene therapy market landscape.
  • Previous experience of identifying new business opportunities.
