Competenze

Our Avnet Silica Inside Sales team in Padua is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist Apprentice!

As an ISS apprentice you will get a chance to kickstart your sales career while earning and learning. This is a hands‑on role where you will support the team combining inside sales and customer service to sell products services and solutions to new and existing customers through a variety of inbound and outbound multimedia communications (e.g. telephone email portals).

What you will be doing:

• Deliver solutions or find new opportunities for a positive customer experience.
• Initiate and answer sales inquiries.
• Promptly and accurately respond to customer information requests.
• Monitor / follow up on sales activities throughout the process from initial contact to order fulfillment.
• Working in a team environment share sales efforts and strategies with internal resources and suppliers.
• Support customer requirements for inventories delivery lead time and unit prices.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Level Specifications:

• You will acquire sales skills through work experience and formal training to perform daily tasks.
• Tasks are routine repetitive and manual in nature with minimal complexity or variation and specific to the job.
• Work is performed under supervision with detailed instructions. Priorities are provided for performing work.
• You will interact mostly with immediate peers within assigned team. Based on nature of the role may respond to requests from others in the organization.
