A leading manufacturing firm in Piedmont is seeking a Customer Manager to handle customer quotations, maintain pricing in SAP, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Italian, English, and French, have a bachelor's degree in a related field, and possess strong interpersonal skills. This position offers a dynamic work environment focused on customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Quotation Management:Review customer expectations, align with account managers and Lead Centers, prepare pricing, and handle the quoting process within CRM, including follow-up.

• Sample and Tooling Management:Handle all relevant sample and tool orders in alignment with the relevant production plants, including the invoicing process.

• Pricing Management:Maintain customer-specific prices in SAP and manage price increases in alignment with account managers.

• Customer Master Data Management:Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data.

• Support on Customer Contracts:Assist with terms and conditions, commercial/logistics/price agreements.

• Commercial Handling:Manage customer-specific requirements and handle customer debit/credit notes.

• CRC coordination: is the reference person for REACH declaration.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related technical field.

• Professional Experience:Previous experience in a commercial field, preferably in Customer Service or Inside Sales.

• Language Skills:Fluent in Italian, English, and French, German is a plus.

• Technical Skills:Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook), and ERP (SAP), CRM, REACH declarations.

• Customer Orientation:Strong focus on customer needs and satisfaction.

• Communication & Interpersonal Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills, positive approach, and ability to build strong partnerships.
