Inside Channel Sales Account Manager

Fortinet, a cybersecurity pioneer with over two decades of excellence, is seeking a dynamic Inside Channel Sales Representative to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business in Italy. As a key team member, you will support channel partners and Fortinet’s account managers to enable strong partner engagement and drive regional sales growth.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Channel Partners to support sales initiatives and partner relationships.
  • Follow up on leads and assist in qualifying potential customer opportunities.
  • Help prepare sales quotes, renewals, and product information for customers and partners.
  • Assist in organizing calls, demos, and meetings with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Participate in ongoing learning and development to gain knowledge of Fortinet’s products and services.
  • Contribute to basic marketing campaigns and partner-focused initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English.
  • Comfortable working with people and building relationships in a hybrid (in-office and remote) setting.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, email tools, and standard computer systems.
  • A positive, curious mindset and a strong desire to learn.
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles is a plus—but not essential.
  • An interest in technology and/or cybersecurity is welcomed.
