FHP di R. Freudenberg S.A.S. is seeking a production supervisor to lead a cohesive team and drive performance on the shop floor.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and Lean manufacturing experience, with a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field and at least 5 years in production. SAP familiarity is preferred and the candidate should be able to implement process improvements while ensuring safety, quality and environmental standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in an engineering or technical discipline is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of production experience is required.
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills are essential.
• SAP experience is preferred; Lean Manufacturing experience is required.
• Ability to coach staff and manage conflicts; attention to detail is important.
• Strong presentation, writing and reporting skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
