PG&E is seeking an Infrastructure & Operations Supervisor to lead the development, deployment and support of core infrastructure and productivity applications. This role focuses on improving service quality, reducing costs, and enabling organizational effectiveness through technology deployments at Avila Beach.

The position is full-time and onsite, with a 4x10 schedule four days per week and Fridays off, at Diablo Canyon Power Plant.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of IT project/program management, or infrastructure/operations experience.

Position Summary

Facilitates PG&E's business vision by improving service quality, increasing capabilities through the development\\deployment of infrastructure and core business productivity application functionality, implementing new technology, reducing costs, increasing productivity, and facilitating organizational and business effectiveness through enabling technologies. Provides leadership for those involved in the development, design, testing, implementation, maintenance, support, and operations of PG&E's systems infrastructure.

PG&E is providing the full salary/pay range for this position. The actual amount paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity,specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The range to reasonably expect will be around the minimum and the midpoint$136,000 - $184,000. Thefinal decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to the factors above. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs.

Bay Area Min: $ 136,000

Bay Area Max: $ 232,000

To obtain and maintain employment, you must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen, a security background check for unescorted access to a nuclear plant, psychological screen, and be subject to random drug and alcohol screening in fulfillment of federal requirements.

This position is on site at Diablo Canyon Power Plant in Avila Beach 4 days per week on 4X10 schedule with Friday's as RDO.

Qualifications

Minimum:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or job-related discipline or equivalent experience


• 3 years experience in IT project/program management, or infrastructure/operations experience

Desired:

• Masters Degree in job-related discipline or equivalent experience


• Utility industry experience, regulated


• LSS-Lean Six Sigma Certification


• PMI-Project Management Institute PMP-Project Management Professional certification


• ITIL-Information Technology Infrastructure Library Practitioner certification


• ITIL-Information Technology Infrastructure Library Manager certification
