🔹 We’re Hiring: IT Services Manager 🔹

We are looking for an experienced IT Services Manager to lead the delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of our IT services. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality service management, strong alignment with business needs, and excellent user experience.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage end-to-end IT service delivery in line with ITIL best practices
  • Ensure service availability, performance, and compliance with agreed SLAs
  • Lead incident, problem, change, and service improvement processes
  • Act as the main point of contact between IT and business stakeholders
  • Drive continuous service improvement initiatives
  • Manage service reporting, KPIs, and risk mitigation
  • Collaborate closely with IT Operations, Security, and Development teams
  • Support vendor and third-party service management
🎯 Requirements
  • Proven experience as an IT Services Manager or similar ITSM role
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL framework (ITIL certification is a plus)
  • Experience managing SLAs and service performance
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
  • Experience working in complex IT environments
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
Nice to Have
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, BMC, etc.)
  • Background in service improvement or transformation projects
  • Experience in regulated or enterprise environments
