• IT Project Management – Extensive experience in planning, executing and monitoring complex IT projects.
• Technical Oversight – Should know the software development life cycle and have good knowledge of ITIL process; ensures technical feasibility, resource availability and alignment with architectural standards.
• Effective Communication – Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Language Proficiency – Must be proficient in both Italian and English languages.
• Risk & Change Management – Identify risks, manage scope changes and implement mitigation strategies.
• Leadership and Team Management – Proven ability to lead technical teams, assign tasks effectively and ensure timely achievement of project objectives.
