SAMY is seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead influencer campaigns and activations, delivering strategic insights and creative solutions.

The role requires deep social media trend knowledge, leadership, and native Spanish with English proficiency; travel readiness and Spain work permit.

You will work with brand teams, manage calendars, optimize negotiations with data partners, and ensure smooth workflows across clients and creators.

Role Mission

As an Influencer Marketing Specialist for SAMY, you will take a leadership role in managing and strategizing influencer campaigns and activations. Leveraging your extensive experience, you will provide strategic insights and creative solutions to meet campaign briefs. This role demands a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing, and exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high-level strategic and creative campaign proposals in collaboration with brand and internal agency teams.

• Identify, select, and manage influencer profiles, overseeing content calendars and quality standards.

• Monitor daily campaign performance, proactively making strategic adjustments to maximize results and drive client ROI.

• Lead event coordination and brand activations, ensuring seamless alignment between influencers and brand stakeholders.

• Collaborate with data teams to optimize negotiation strategies, track market trends, and deliver comprehensive analytics reports.

• Oversee legal, financial, and operational workflows between clients, agency partners, and content creators to drive process efficiency.

Skills & experience

• Practical experience in influencer marketing and strategic campaign execution, with deep knowledge of Spanish market trends.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced social media platform analytics.

• Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving capabilities combined with proven leadership skills.

• Native Spanish proficiency and full working proficiency in English (written and verbal).

• Valid work permit for Spain, current residence in Madrid, and full availability to travel.
