Aufgaben

• Garantire assistenza infermieristica domiciliare generale.
• Educare pazienti e caregiver e registrare l’andamento clinico.
• Lavorare in team con altre figure sanitarie e segnalare variazioni al centro operativo.
• Gestire documentazione sanitaria mediante cartella clinica informatizzata.

Garantire l'educazione sanitaria del Paziente; favorire e sostenere la partecipazione attiva nella determinazione delle decisioni terapeutiche.
