We are seeking a Program Coordinator to join our Advanced Robotics Deployment Program within our semiconductor factories. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating the deployment of cutting-edge robotics solutions, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of technology, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in semiconductor manufacturing processes. YOUR ROLE
  • Assist to develop and manage project plans related to advanced robotics programs, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers, to achieve program objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in program management.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
  • Master degree
  • 5 to 10 years professional experience, close to industrial environment, semiconductor knowledge is a plus
  • Strong understanding of advanced robotics systems, including AI, hardware and software components.
  • Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in robotics or technology development.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to robotics.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Thoroughness / autonomy / synthesis
  • English business proficiency
  • Italian speaker is a plus
