CELINE Production in Tuscany seeks a Special Work Development & Industrialization Specialist to bridge design, development and production. This hybrid role is data-system oriented and will independently manage assigned projects to ensure feasibility, timelines and cost optimization.

The candidate will interface with Pattern Making, Development, Warehouse and suppliers, manage PLM data, coordinate testing, and collaborate with Quality to homologate processes before production.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles in luxury manufacturing.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong knowledge of PLM systems; SAP preferred.
• English required; French knowledge a plus.
• Attention to detail, results-oriented, leadership and negotiation skills.

Mansioni

• Interface with Pattern Making, Development, Warehouse and suppliers during sampling and industrialization.
• Supervise and update follow-up files across phases.
• Create masters for Special Works (SL).
• Ensure correct entry of Product data into PLM.
• Coordinate testing procedures and related follow-up files.
• Collaborate with Quality to homologate processes before production.
• Plan and organize activities to meet production launch timelines.
• Evaluate defects and implement corrective solutions.
• Collaborate with PF Industrialization Team on critical assembly issues.
