Job Title

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical preventative maintenance on all equipment according to schedule.
• Inspect machinery, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair to keep production running smoothly.
• Effectively troubleshoot all mechanical equipment, take corrective action, repair, replace, or rebuild as needed.
• Read, interpret, and follow blueprints and sketches, making all measurements and calculations necessary to complete the job.
• Complete work orders, requisitions, inspection reports, and maintain records of time distribution and material usage.
• Perform clerical duties as necessary to maintain proper records.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in troubleshooting, mechanical repair, and maintenance repair.
• Experience in mechanical maintenance including hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding.
• Minimum 2-3 years for a B Mechanic or 5+ years for an A Mechanic of industrial maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, and power transmission.
• Experience with machine safety, guarding, hot work, and lockout/tagout procedures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to perform maintenance on industrial machinery, industrial ovens, and mobile equipment.
• Some fabrication experience and ability to use a mill and lathe is .
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $74,880.00 - $74,880.00/yr.
