Covestro AG in Filago (BG) is seeking an Infrastructure & Facilities Expert to join the ChemPark Service team. You will oversee lifecycle strategies for buildings and infrastructure assets and coordinate multidisciplinary external resources to ensure safe, compliant operations.

The role requires a civil/Building engineering background, 8+ years in industrial settings, and strong stakeholder management. You will liaise with authorities, utilities and contractors to support capital projects and

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial infrastructure, civil or facility engineering.
• Experience in chemical, petrochemical or comparable industrial environments.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary external resources.
• Knowledge of building regulations and regulatory compliance related to industrial infrastructure.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement lifecycle strategies for buildings and infrastructure assets based on risk and business needs.
• Assess infrastructure conditions, identify risks and coordinate external assessments and contractors.
• Manage technical aspects of industrial buildings, civil infrastructure, containment systems, and utility networks.
• Act as interface with authorities, utility providers, engineering firms and consultants.
• Coordinate statutory inspections and permitting activities.
• Support capital projects through requirements definition, contractor selection and execution monitoring.
• Maintain technical documentation to support License to Operate and regulatory compliance.
• Support emergency preparedness for infrastructure-related events.
