About the Role

Are you passionate about optimizing production processes and driving operational excellence? Join our team as a Industrial Engineering Senior Specialist, reporting directly to the Industrial Engineering Manager. You’ll play a key role in improving efficiency and supporting continuous improvement initiatives on a dedicated production line.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare routings and identify sub‑phases
• Define cycle times, describe phases, and perform task element clocking
• Analyze component feeding and prepare OPL/SOP documentation
• Design, select, procure, and train on tools for material presentation and production
• Design processes for standard logistic handling units
• Organize materials at the line side
• Balance production lines using WCM (World Class Manufacturing) methods
• Analyze and implement kaizen activities to reduce Non‑Value‑Adding Activities (NVA)
