Experteer Italy is seeking an Industrial Engineering Senior Specialist to lead the industrialization of new products at the Osimo plant, coordinating with R&D, Quality, Logistics, and Operations. You will champion Lean and World Class Manufacturing initiatives to improve productivity, ergonomics, and efficiency.
The role involves managing ECNs, collaborating on DFM and FMEA, and deploying best practices across global/local teams. 5–10 years of IE experience in manufacturing is preferred.
Competenze
- 5-10 years of Industrial Engineering experience in manufacturing.
- Proven new product industrialization and process improvement background.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing, WCM, CI, or Operational Excellence.

- Lead industrialization of new products, ensuring manufacturing readiness, equipment, and production documentation
- Manage Engineering Change Requests and support product/process modifications
- Collaborate on DFM, FMEA, and Stage & Gate to ensure manufacturability and robustness
- Design and continuously improve processes for ergonomics, productivity, capacity, and flexibility while reducing waste
- Drive Lean/WCM initiatives and eliminate non-value-added activities
- Perform Time & Methods analyses, ergonomics assessments, line balancing, and process optimization
- Define routing, manufacturing phases, cycle times, and SOPs
- Support material presentation systems and logistics handling standards
- Lead Kaizen projects focused on productivity, quality, safety, and cost
- Collaborate with global/local teams to deploy best practices

In this role you lead the industrialization of new products and drive continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. You work with R&D, Quality, Logistics, Operations, Procurement and Maintenance to secure successful product launches and sustainable process gains. You will champion Lean and World Class Manufacturing initiatives to enhance productivity, ergonomics and efficiency. The position offers exposure to international operations and a path toward broader group impact. Osimo Plant serves as the base, with a focus on a new product platform for 2028.
