Job summary

He/she will responsible for financial planning, budgeting, cost analysis, and performance monitoring within an advanced manufacturing plant. Key responsibilities include implementing KPIs, managing standard costs, coordinating budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances, and supporting decision-making through financial insights. The role requires strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and the ability to work in a complex, multinational environment.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial dashboards, including P&L, KPIs, and variance analysis.
  • Prepare and join the monthly performance review of the site
  • Calculate and monitor standard costs for purchased and manufactured items.
  • Evaluate month end stock both at standard cost and actual.
  • Support the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes.
  • Analyze plant performance and discuss results with Finance, Plant director, Stream manager and wider operations teams.
  • Contribute to cost-benefit analyses for projects and capital investments.
  • Help improve reporting systems and ensure compliance with internal controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote financial awareness.
  • Support the finance organization with internal and external auditors for your area of responsibility
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial or plant controlling.
  • Solid knowledge of cost accounting and general accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint essential).
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Analytical approach, able to see both the big picture and dig into details.
  • Experience in handling multiple concurrent tasks and meeting strict deadlines.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with management, public groups, peers, and staff.
  • Ability to build relationships with colleagues, clients, and staff in charge.
  • Must demonstrate the highest standards of personal and professional integrity and character and promote ethical business behavior throughout the organization.
  • Demonstrate appreciation of and sensitivity toward a wide range of cultural and personal differences
  • Must be a team player and act cooperatively with the business.
  • Good influencing skills to deal with a matrix organization.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
