Gruppo Lactalis Italia cerca un brillante studente o neolaureato da inserire nel Dipartimento Controllo di Gestione del BU Milk presso lo stabilimento di Piana di Monte Verna (CE). La risorsa supporterà il manager nelle previsioni, partite di budget e nell’analisi delle performance dell’impianto.

La posizione prevede un rimborso mensile di 800 € e buoni pasto, con possibilità di crescita professionale all'interno del gruppo Lactalis.

Qualifications

• Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale o titolo equivalente.
• Ottima conoscenza di Excel e della suite Office.
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Responsibilities

• Supporto nella preparazione di forecast e budget.
• Collaborazione alla redazione di piani di business in linea con la strategia aziendale.
• Analisi e monitoraggio delle performance operative dell’impianto, individuando scostamenti e proponendo azioni correttive.

Job description

Gruppo Lactalis Italia is looking for a brilliant student or recent graduate to join the Management Control Department of the BU Milk, at the Piana di Monte Verna (CE) plant. The resource, supporting their manager, will be responsible for the following activities:

• Support in the preparation of forecasts and budgets;
• Collaboration in drafting business plans, in line with the overall company strategy;
• Analysis and constant monitoring of the plant's operational performance, identifying any deviations from established plans and collaborating in planning corrective actions;
• Identification of the causes of possible deviations from expected performance and proposal of actions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.

REQUIRED REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, and similar fields;
• Excellent knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel;
• Excellent knowledge of the English language;
• Analytical aptitude, precision, and curiosity towards business processes;
• Good relational skills and predisposition to teamwork;
• Interest in management control, data analysis, and business processes.
