Location: Province of Naples, Italy

Company: Leading manufacturer of electrical components for industrial applications

Mission: This role aims to assist the sales team and support their operations to achieve sales goals, positively impacting productivity, efficiency, effectiveness, and overall results (revenue and profit).

Summary: The primary responsibility of this role is to support operations and utilise tools for process automation, focusing on generating leads through LinkedIn. Also, this role aims to increase the salesforce's efficiency and effectiveness through maintenance, optimisation, and support activities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation and Management:
    • Implement and support the process to move prospect/buyer personas through the funnel.
    • Define and execute lead generation programs to grow the pipeline of new clients and for customer growth (upsell, cross‑sell).
    • Conduct customer surveys in collaboration with product management and quality control/assurance.
    • Support new product launches.
  • Outreach and Social Media:
    • Provide and update contact lists for outbound call providers.
  • Content Creation:
    • Create online and offline graphics using tools like Canva.
    • Identify and generate the content to use for each buyer persona in each of the funnel’s stages.
  • Website Management:
    • Update and improve the company website for lead generation.
    • Ensure the website is up‑to‑date and optimised for SEO.
    • Use WordPress and liaise with developers/designers as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain up‑to‑date training and informational documents (presentations, brochures, elevator pitches, objection handling, case studies, etc.) for the sales force and outbound call providers.
  • Processes and Systems:
    • Liaise with external providers for outbound calls, data enhancement, and management as needed.
    • Implement and maintain tools for increased sales effectiveness (e.g., sales‑effectiveness forum, web‑based catalogue).
  • Technical Tools and Platforms:
    • Be the primary user of tools like Brevo, MeetAlfred, WordPress, etc.
    • Define and optimise the MAR‑TECH stack to introduce automation and use AI where needed.
    • Select, implement, and use new automation tools.
  • Reporting and Administration:
    • Monitor and track costs associated with lead generation activities.
    • Occasionally travel to team meetings, events, or industry conferences.
    • Support the definition of the marketing plan.
    • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Languages: Fluency in Italian and English (mandatory level B2 or above).
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Word (revisions, cross‑references), PowerPoint (timed presentations).
