MSC Technology Italy, the technology division of MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company, is seeking a Software Tester in Torino to validate software solutions within industrial and automation environments. You will design, execute, and document tests for software modules interacting with robotic systems, PLCs, and high‑reliability components, collaborating with developers and engineering stakeholders.

Competenze

Proven understanding of functional, system, integration, and regression testing.
Ability to read and validate technical specifications.
Experience with defect management tools and version control.
Knowledge of at least one programming language (Python/C++/MATLAB).
Strong problem solving, communication, and documentation skills; English proficiency.

Mansioni

Design, develop, and execute test cases for software components and industrial systems.
Define test strategies from requirements and specifications.
Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
Identify, document, and track defects using Jira or similar tools.
Contribute to test libraries and automation initiatives where applicable.
Coordinate tests with cross-functional engineering teams.
Support stakeholder communication and continuous process improvement.
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards.
