Department Overview

The production site of Schio is specialised in Explosion Proof, marine and critical infrastructures products. The production department executes assembly & testing on electromechanical products, cameras and accessories.

Job Description

The candidate will report to the Manufacturing Production Manager and will be responsible for various activities throughout the production process, from NPI to performance monitoring to layout and continuous improvement.

Scope of Responsibilities
  • Analysis and optimisation of assembly processes to meet the efficiency levels required
  • Define working cycles and phases for the various production areas including optimisation and improvement of the assembly lines
  • Production layout modifications and optimisation
  • Assembly instructions maintenance for the various products
  • KPI analysis and maintenance such as OEE and efficiency
  • Maintain and improve production operators skill matrix
  • Provide support to the Production Supervisor
  • Create production procedures
  • NPI activities
    • Cooperate with the team to create new assembly lines
    • Assembly instructions creation
    • Assembly phases balancing
    • Value stream mapping

  • Planning team
  • R&D team for New Products Introduction and product portfolio maintenance
  • Quality team for continuous improvement and NPI
  • International NPI team
Basic Requirements
  • Technical Education – ITIS or ITS preferred
  • Previous experience as Industrial Analyst or Industrial Technician in companies with mass production
  • English knowledge B2 level minimum, spoken and written; native/fluent Italian
  • Microsoft Office/Google Suite knowledge
  • Nice to have: Lean techniques, 5S and previous experience in their application
  • Motivated person, committed to results and continuous improvement
  • This position requires the ability to work on‑site at our plant in Schio. Preference will be given to candidates located within a 45‑minute commute
