Baker Hughes is seeking an Indirect Service Contractors SQE to ensure quality, compliance, and business requirements for suppliers of indirect services. You will lead supplier qualification, onboarding, and ongoing performance with a data-driven focus.

You will develop metrics, analyze trends, and drive continuous improvement across business units while collaborating with HSE, Facilities, Manufacturing, and Procurement. Travel is required.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Management Engineering or equivalent.
• Data-driven mindset and statistical methods.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Cross-functional improvement experience is a plus.
• Proficient with PC & office software; travel frequently.

Partner with the best As an Indirect Service Contractors SQE you will be responsible for ensuring that suppliers of services consistently meet quality, compliance, and business requirements. Acting as Supplier Quality representative you will work closely with key departments such as Health Safety & Environment, Facility Management Manufacturing and Procurement and other cross functional stakeholders to drive suppliers of indirect services quality performance, continuous improvement and process excellence.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the qualification, assessment, and onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and business requirements.
• Actively participate in business transformation and process improvement initiatives, serving as project lead for specific workstreams or as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Supplier Quality topics.
• Develop, standardize, and monitor Supplier Quality metrics across indirect services and service categories, ensuring alignment of KPIs, scorecards, and reporting practices across Business Units.
• Analyze supplier quality performance data and non-conformities, identifying recurring trends, root causes, and key drivers of supplier‑related defects and service quality issues.
• Oversee supplier development programs, tracking action plans, monitoring progress against objectives, and providing regular updates to leadership teams on risks, opportunities, and achievements.
• Contribute to the development of a strong quality culture throughout the supply base by fostering supplier engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.

The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 43,600 To 70,000. The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position.
