Profile Summary

Wearelookingforamotivatedprofessionaltosupportthemanagementofsalesincentiveprograms.TherolewillassistincoordinatingactivitieswithFinance,supportinginternalcommunication,andcontributingtobasicreportingandanalysistoensureincentiveinitiativesareexecutedeffectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design and implementation of incentive programs, including bonuses, rewards, and monthly or annual campaigns.
  • Manage the payment process for incentives, rewards, and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the Finance team to address questions and clarifications related to incentive programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of incentive programs by collecting feedback, analyzing results, and proposing improvements.
  • Support internal communication and ensure that sales teams are always informed about available incentive opportunities.
  • Prepare periodic reports for management on sales performance against predefined targets.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles (e.g., incentive management, sales operations, performance management).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong skills across the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.Overall strong academic background with solid analytical and quantitative skills.
