A leading software company in Rome is seeking an Inbound Sales Development Representative to manage and follow up on inbound leads generated by Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with previous roles in commercial environments. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to organize and manage multiple leads effectively. Competenze

  • Previous experience in commercial roles or inbound lead management (SDR, BDR, Sales, etc.).
  • Experience in SaaS companies preferred, especially in HR Tech.

  • Manage and follow up on inbound leads generated by Marketing.
  • Qualify opportunities through calls to understand context, needs, and customer potential.
  • Schedule qualified meetings with the Sales team.
  • Log and update lead information in the CRM in an organized way.
