Sephora in Voghera, Italy seeks a Beauty Advisor to drive exceptional customer experiences and achieve store objectives. You will greet clients, provide expert product advice, and build lasting relationships in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Candidates should be agile, empathetic, and skilled at teamwork, with strong English, organisational ability, and experience in sales roles within multinational retail. High school diploma required.

• Actively contribute in achieving store objectives (budget and targets) adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management.

• Fostering a positive and productive environment, highlighting wins, celebrating and crediting the team and individuals for successes.
