In Force Management Senior Analyst

Generali, Life & Health Office.

Location: Milan, Trieste.

Responsibilities

• overseeing some BUs alongside all the IFM projects in cooperation with the local/regional colleagues
• monitoring all the programs where the same BUs are involved and coordinate the ones where Group Head Office (GHO) need to lead
• contributing to the set up and/or the implementation of some global programs to be cascaded to all the BUs, in accordance with Group strategic priorities, including the Demographic Hub.

Will participate in project teams with GHO and BUs, deal with market counterparties and advisors or brokers depending on IFM programs. Keep dense dialogue with BUs and partner with other functions (Investments, Risk Management, Distribution).

Qualifications

• At least 6-7 years of experience in Life Insurance/Reinsurance Functions in insurance/reinsurance companies, broker or consultancy firms
• Actuarial and pricing or valuation background will be considered a plus
• Open to cross functional fertilization and eager to learn new disciplines/practices
• Accountable, collaborative, innovation oriented, proactive
