Siemens Industry Software S.r.l. seeks a PLM Implementation Consultant to lead software deployments and ensure customer success across Italy in a hybrid work setting.

You will be the key contact for deployments, translating customer needs into actionable PLM solutions, and collaborating with customers to align solutions with objectives. The role requires a degree in Engineering or Computer Science, fluency in Italian and English, and willingness to travel within Italy (company car provided).

Competenze

• Degree or equivalent in Engineering or Computer Science with an IT background.
• Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Native or fluent Italian speaker with fluent English proficiency.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Italy (company car provided).

Position Overview

As a PLM Implementation Consultant, you'll join our Professional Services organization, playing a critical role in managing software delivery projects and ensuring customer success. You'll be the key point of contact for successful deployments, working closely with customers to understand their objectives and align solutions with their needs. Your technical expertise and collaborative approach will help organizations achieve their full potential through our PLM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Computer Science with a strong IT background
• Solid understanding of web markup languages (HTML5, CSS3)
• Proficiency with MS Office applications
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to think through complex technical challenges
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and work collaboratively in team settings
• Native or fluent Italian speaker with fluent English proficiency
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Italy (company car provided)

• Experience with PLM platforms

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this position is EUR 44,000 to EUR 88,100 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
