Un'agenzia di assunzione è alla ricerca di un Impiegato Ufficio Acquisti a Milano. Il candidato ideale avrà almeno 3 anni di esperienza nel settore acquisti e una buona conoscenza dell'inglese. Le responsabilità includeranno la gestione degli ordini di acquisto, la ricerca di nuovi fornitori e la verifica della qualità dei materiali. Sono previsti un contratto a tempo indeterminato e un modello ibrido con flessibilità oraria.

Location: Milano (zona nord). Full time, 37 hours per week with flexible start and finish times. Hybrid model available, 2 days smart‑working per week.

Job type: Direct hiring – permanent contract. Competitive RAL commensurate with experience. Additional benefits: ticket restaurant (9 € per day), comprehensive welfare package, production bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Procure materials, tools and machinery for laboratories and production sites.
  • Place and track purchase orders in direct interface with domestic and international suppliers.
  • Track delivery times, quality and resolve supply issues.
  • Identify and onboard new suppliers.
  • Maintain purchasing documentation and generate procurement reports.
  • Verify and manage inventory levels.

Qualifications:
