Adecco Italia, Divisione Permanent, cerca un Quality Documentation Specialist per un cliente del settore meccanico. La risorsa redige certificazioni e documenti qualità, archivia e coordina i flussi ISO 9001, collaborando con lo Site Manager e con vendite e acquisti.

È richiesta ottima conoscenza Excel, Office, CAD e lettura di disegni; utile Zucchetti – Mago4. Contratto diretto, tempo pieno, CCNL Commercio. RAL 25k–30k, buoni pasto e bonus produzione di 1000 euro.

Competenze

• Abilità avanzate in Excel e Office Suite (Outlook, Acrobat)**.
• Conoscenza delle norme ISO 9001 e lettura di disegni meccanici.
• Capacità di utilizzare CAD per consultazione o elaborazione disegni.
• Esperienza o conoscenza di strumenti di laboratorio meccanico.

Mansioni

• Redigere, archiviare e gestire i flussi di Certificati di Qualità verso clienti e fornitori.
• Analizzare specifiche e elaborare disegni forniti dai clienti.
• Gestire il sistema ISO 9001 in coordinamento con il Site Manager.
• Gestire non conformità fornitore e lamentele cliente con Sales e Purchasing.
• Verificare questioni ambientali in coordinamento con il Site Manager.

Adecco Divisione Permanent is seeking a Quality Documentation Specialist for a client company operating in the screw, bolt, and mechanical fastening systems sector. This individual will be responsible for drafting quality documents/certifications and will join a structured team of 4 people.

The resource will be responsible for:

• Drafting, archiving, and managing the flow of Quality Certificates to customers and from suppliers
• Analyzing Specifications and elaborating Technical Drawings provided by customers
• Managing and maintaining the Integrated Quality-Hygiene and Safety System certified ISO 9001 in coordination with the Site Manager
• Managing and resolving Supplier Non-Conformities and Customer Complaints in collaboration with the Sales and Purchasing Departments
• Verifying environmental issues in coordination with the Site Manager

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good knowledge of the Office Suite, Adobe, Outlook (essential)
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards
• Good ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
• Good knowledge of CAD applications
• Knowledge of basic mechanical laboratory instrumentation and tests (calipers, plug gauges, durometer, microscopes, 2D machines, Fischerscope)
• Good knowledge of English

Desirable:

• Diploma as a Mechanical Expert or higher
• Knowledge of the Zucchetti – Mago4 application
• Previous work experience in the Mechanical Sector or Quality Control in other sectors

Working Hours: From 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Workplace: Pioltello Availability for business trips to customers/suppliers for the resolution of any non-conformities or to other company locations is required. Direct employment contract with the company, Gross Annual Salary (RAL) between €25,000 and €30,000. CCNL Commercio (National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Commerce), insertion level between V and III, professional category: employee. Includes €10 meal vouchers + an annual production bonus of €1000. Availability: Full Time
