A leading banking institution in Italy is seeking a finance professional with a strong background in structured finance and project financing. The role involves supporting senior team members in credit analysis and overseeing financial models. The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of experience in finance, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure.

Competenze

• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in structured finance/project finance, preferably in banks or lending institutions.
• Experience in project financing and acquisition financing transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
• Strong financial modelling skills including cashflow and financial ratio analysis.

Mansioni

• Support senior team members in structuring financing transactions.

Supporting senior team members in the review and structuring of financing transactions including:

• carrying out credit analysis and assisting in the preparation of credit applications
• overseeing complex financial models
• reviewing legal documentation related to the financing transactions
• reviewing technical due diligences of the underlying projects
• managing and overseeing internal admin requirements including internal pricing and rating assessment

Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in structured finance/project finance, preferably in banks or lending institutions

• Experience in project financing and acquisition financing transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors
• Strong financial modelling skills including cashflow and financial ratio analysis as well as ability to review a PF/acquisition financial model
• Strong analytical and credit skills coupled with commercial judgement
• Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize and multitask
• Proactive, with self-motivation and an ability to work independently, under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Willingness to learn attitude and an analytical mind-set
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills in English
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
