The II Maître will be responsible for Restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and meaningful experiences for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages the day-to-day operations of the assigned outlet, ensuring service consistency and guest satisfaction.

• Maximizes team productivity through effective scheduling, multi‑skilling, and motivation.
• Aligns operations with Hyatt’s brand standards and corporate strategy.
• Collaborates closely with kitchen, events, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Financial & Quality Control

• Monitors and controls food and labor costs to achieve or exceed budget targets.
• Supports inventory management, cost audits, and system controls to drive profitability.
• Ensures the team maintains high standards of grooming, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Stays updated on market trends and competitor offerings.

People & Talent Development

• Acts as a strong leader, training, and developing the team.
• Delivers ongoing training and coaching on service excellence and product knowledge.
• Supports the creation of a supportive, inclusive, and high‑performing team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of solid experience as an Outlet Manager or similar supervisory role in a large 5‑star luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
• Skills: Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Business Acumen: Proven track record of working with timelines and targets in a high‑demand business environment.
• Education: Diploma in Hospitality or other relevant fields is preferred.
• Language: Eloquent in English communication (written and spoken), Advanced English level (B2+). Highly conscientious and diligent.
