Job summary

Ammega is seeking a highly motivated Group Accountant to join our Group Accounting & Consolidation Team. You will lead the preparation of quarterly and annual IFRS group consolidated financial statements and support the monthly closing process in a dynamic international environment.

You will ensure IFRS policy consistency across the Group (IFRS 3, IAS 36, IFRS 16, IAS 19), act as a key contact for external auditors, collaborate with Group Tax, Treasury and M&A, and contribute to the group

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in group accounting or consolidation in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS (IFRS 3, IAS 36, IFRS 16).
• Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting processes and controls (ICFR is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and international environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with different stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Advanced Excel skills; consolidation tools such as Board are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of quarterly and annual Group consolidated financial statements under IFRS, including intercompany adjustments.
• Support the Annual Report preparation with financial statements and disclosures.
• Ensure consistent IFRS policy application across the Group (IFRS 3, IAS 36, IFRS 16, IAS 19).
• Serve as a key contact for external auditors and support audit discussions.
• Collaborate with Group Tax, Treasury and M&A on acquisitions, PPA and tax accounting.
• Support maintenance and improvement of the Group accounting manual.
• Participate in business plan and impairment testing activities and ICFR initiatives.
• Contribute to reporting system enhancements (e.g., Board) and D365 implementation.
