A leading global mobility firm in Torino seeks an ICT Compliance Specialist to ensure ICT activities comply with laws and regulations. Responsibilities include leading audits, monitoring compliance, and promoting a security culture. The ideal candidate has knowledge of cybersecurity standards and at least 3 years of experience. This is a full-time, entry-level position in the Information Technology field.

Competenze

  • At least 3 years of experience in an international context.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity standards, control tools and regulations.

  • Lead or contribute to external audits.
  • Monitor action plans and coordinate their implementation.

We are looking for an ICT Compliance Specialist / SOX.

The ICT Compliance Specialist plays a key role in ensuring that ICT activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead or contribute to external (e.g., SOX) and internal audits.
  • Monitor action plans and coordinate their implementation.
  • Act as a liaison between the ICT teams and the regional privacy department.
  • Ensure the compliance of ICT projects with privacy regulations.
  • Identify and assess ICT risks.
  • Propose and monitor mitigation plans.
  • Train and inform teams on cybersecurity and compliance issues.
  • Promote a security and compliance culture within the organization.
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity standards, control tools, and regulations (SOX, GDPR).
  • Ability to work with Audit, Risk & Compliance teams, CISO, and external vendors.
  • Proficiency in Oracle/SQL, UNIX/Linux, SAP/SAP GRC.
  • Experience with SOX 404, COSO Framework.
  • Certifications: CIA – Certified Internal Auditor; CISA – Certified Information Systems Auditor; CPA – Certified Public Accountant; CRMA – Certification in Risk Management Assurance.
Languages:

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in an international context.
