Allianz Direct is seeking an Identity and Access Management Specialist in Italy to drive IAM governance, work hands-on with IAM technologies and support audits. The role emphasizes compliance with regulatory standards and collaboration with product and infrastructure teams.

The ideal candidate will have university-level education with 4+ years in IAM, experience with SAML/OAuth/LDAP, and familiarity with Azure AD and Cloud IAM tools. This is a full-time position based in Italy.

Competenze

• University degree preferred, with 4+ years of IAM governance experience.
• Proficient in IAM concepts, protocols (SAML, OAuth, LDAP) and related tools.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks like DORA.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory and Cloud IAM tools is a plus.
• Experience preparing for and supporting IT/Cybersecurity audits.
• Excellent communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn about AI, Cloud Security and Cloud IAM.

Mansioni

• Continue building IAM framework to meet global regulatory requirements.
• Ensure implementation, review and maintenance of authorization concepts aligned with policies and standards.
• Device and orchestrate IAM controls for the IT landscape.
• Support Product and Infrastructure teams around governance of Privileged Access Management.
• Agentic IAM, Customer IAM, Cloud IAM and machine-to-machine authentication.
• Manage user access through RBAC and enforce the principle of least privilege.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, ISO 27001 and regulatory requirements (DORA), and support audits.
