Job summary

Diasorin, a global leader in immunodiagnostics, seeks a Procurement Specialist to ensure timely product line supply based on demand, forecasts and quality standards. You will work with sourcing, QA, logistics and customer teams to optimize RoP and supplier performance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering or equivalent, 1–2 years of relevant experience, and strong SAP, Excel and Power BI skills. Native Italian and fluent English are required; German is a plus.

• SAP management knowledge; Advanced Excel level; Power BI.
• Willingness to develop knowledge, learn from situations and from its own mistakes.

Responsibilities

• Manages the supply of instruments/parts, new and refurbished, based on RoP approved by Leader and supplier warranties.
• Manages product returns from Subsidiaries and Distributors based on warranty status and resale opportunity.
• Collaborates with the warehouse to streamline incoming operations and shipments from suppliers.
• Collaborates with QA for entry/management of NCs recorded by the warehouse.
• Collaborates with Suppliers to improve flows and lead times.
• Collaborates with Logistic and Customs to perform transfer and customs clearance of products.
• Generates supplier performance reports and reviews them with the Leader.
• Supports with Planning needs during release of new products.

Job Scope

Ensure the correct and timely procurement of the product line for which it is responsible based on demand, forecasts, service level and according to the internal standard of quality.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Manages of the supply of instruments/parts, new and refurbished, based on the RoP approved by the Leader position and on the warranties given by the suppliers
• Manages the return of the products from Subsidiaries and Distributors based on their warranty status and resale opportunity by central warehouse
• Collaborates with the warehouse to streamline incoming operations and shipments from suppliers
• Collaborates with QA for the entry/management of NCs recorded by the warehouse
• Collaborates with Suppliers to improve flows and operative lead time
• Collaborates with Logistic and Customs Team to perform the transfer and customs clearance of products managed by the team
• Generate reports on suppliers' performance and analyze them with the Leader position
• Supports Service and Development Department to release new products in compliance with Planning needs
• Supports the Procurement Department to manage Price Lists and Supplier Relations
• Supports with Customers team to ensure proper shipment assignment
• Supports the Leader position in the planning activity, providing, by delegation, the definition of the RoP of the product lines or the issuance of the Purchase Orders of the instruments/spares

Education, Experience, And Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree of Management Engineering or equivalent experience in the position
• One-two years in equivalent position
• SAP management knowledge; Advanced Excel level (programming languages is a plus); PBI
• The willing to develop knowledge, learn from situations and from its own mistakes

• Native Italian and fluent English, German language is a plus

• Gross annual base salary from € 35.117,32
• Variable compensation linked to the achievement of objectives
