Job summary

Falcon Green is seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager to lead civil, structural, and architectural packages on a flagship hyperscale data centre project in Italy. You will own from design through commissioning, coordinating with subcontractors, design teams and clients to keep the programme on track.

The role demands a strong background in European construction standards, QA/QC, and HSEQ, with 4+ years of CSA package experience on large-scale or mission-critical projects.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Civil/Structural/Architecture/Construction Management.
• Minimum 4+ years’ experience managing CSA packages on large-scale projects.
• Experience on data centres or mission-critical projects desirable.
• Strong knowledge of European construction standards, QA/QC procedures, and HSEQ.
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and interfaces while meeting demanding schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage Civil, Structural, and Architectural packages from design through handover.
• Oversee on-site CSA works ensuring drawings, specifications and programme compliance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, design teams and client representatives.
• Monitor progress against milestones; identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure works comply with European standards, QA/QC, and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and manage snagging and progress reporting.
