Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Test Automation Engineer for its R&D Center of Excellence in Montecchio Maggiore (VI). You will design and implement automated tests, develop scripts, analyze results, and work with development teams to troubleshoot issues and improve testing frameworks.

Requirements include a BS in CS/Engineering, 2+ years' experience, Python proficiency, and fluency in English and Italian. Hybrid work model and company canteen are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with embedded firmware and application development.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Docker, and regression pipeline management.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools: Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence.
• Knowledge of signal processing and communication protocols.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and testing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements.
• Create and maintain clear and detailed test documentation.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Design and build automated test scripts and frameworks.
