A leading hearing care solutions company in Italy is looking for a Global Procurement & Supply Chain Transformation Manager. This role focuses on driving operational excellence and optimizing supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organization. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and fluency in English are required. This position offers a hybrid working policy, allowing partial remote work.

Competenze

• 6-10 years of professional experience in structured, complex organizations.
• Proven experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain, ideally within Retail.
• Ability to coordinate diverse stakeholder groups in a matrix organization.
