Johnson Controls in Bologna is seeking an experienced field service supervisor for HVAC systems. You will lead a team of technicians, deliver top-tier customer support, and ensure efficient field operations across North East Italy.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in field service, engineering education, supervisory experience, and strong Italian with English skills. Competitive salary, flexible and agile working, and welfare benefits are offered.

Competenze

• 6+ years field service experience in HVAC repairs and on-site maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering.
• Experience in a supervisory / team leadership role.
• Proven interpersonal, team, strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Fluent in Italian with strong English reading, writing and presentation skills.
• Sales acumen and hands-on mindset.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Notes.
