Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.**Key Responsabilities:****Manage time and attendance systems:** Oversee Zucchetti Time & Attendance and prepare various HR reports including headcount, absenteeism, and KPIs.**Support payroll and recruitment:** Assist with payroll processes and coordinate recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and communication with authorities.**Ensure legal and procedural compliance:** Maintain adherence to labor laws, collective agreements, and company policies.**Act as liaison for HR policies:** Serve as a key connection between local operations and global HR strategies, fostering collaboration across teams.**Business process improvements:** collect and analyze data to identify, evaluate, and implement more efficient methods for HR business activities.**Lead HR digital initiatives:** Manage projects related to HR digitalization, including training and change management.**Develop people analytics capabilities:** Create reports and insights using tools like Power BI to support data-driven HR decisions.**Skill Descriptors****Educational and experience requirements**: University degree required, preferably a Master’s in HR or related fields, with 2-4 years of relevant HR experience, ideally in manufacturing or consulting**Technical and language skills:** Knowledge in Zucchetti system is preferred, MS Office; fluency in English (written and spoken).**Soft skills and competencies:**Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, Problem Solving – Handling issues and finding solutions**.**Proactive, positive attitude with a focus on teamwork and continuous improvement.Digital-first, data-driven mindset and continuous improvement attitude.This Job Description is intended as a general guide to the job duties for this position and is intended for the purpose of establishing the specific salary grade.
