The Role

Seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage human resources operations in Italy.

• Implement HR policies aligned with Group standards and ensure compliance with Italian labor law.
• Lead onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Advise management and employees on HR matters, labor law, and employment policies.
• Oversee employment contracts, compensation, benefits, and HR compliance.
• Promote a collaborative, value‑driven organisational culture.

The Person

• 3+ years’ experience in HR management, ideally within the renewable energy or power generation sector.
• Proven expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development across regional or multi-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and strategic workforce planning to support business growth and compliance.
