We are looking for the: HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Position Summary
The HR Manager will be responsible for leading and executing all human resources activities at the site, including payroll, disciplinary and general HR activities ensuring alignment with global HR strategy and local labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Plant Leader and local leadership team on all HR matters
- Support organizational change and continuous improvement efforts
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for plant roles, in line with business needs and assigned labor cost budget
- Collaborate with local agencies and educational institutions to foster employer branding and build talent pipelines
- Coordinate the temporary employment agencies
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
- Serve as the primary contact for union or employee representative
- Drive performance review cycles and support managers in setting goals
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs
- Identify Talent and critical roles and work with the management team to build strong succession planning
- Lead local actions to increase employees’ engagement and motivation
- Supervise time attendance, payroll and ensure data privacy and compliance with GDPR.
Professional Experience / Qualifications
Required Experience / Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR best practices
- Proven ability to lead a small team
- Adhere to Health, Safety & Environmental, Laws and local regulations
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
