Job summary

HSO is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Solution Architect to lead the architectural direction of multinational CRM transformation programmes across the Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform stack.

You will work with executives, business leaders, and delivery teams to shape customer engagement, sales, service, and digital operations, driving strategic design, governance, and quality across the programme lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with AI processes & architecture.
• 8+ years CRM consulting and solution architecture.
• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Experience leading enterprise CRM and customer engagement transformations.
• Experience architecting Sales, Service, Marketing, Power Apps, Power Automate.
• Hands-on with Dynamics 365 Project Operations or Field Service.
• Broad Architecture across Dynamics 365 CE and multiple Microsoft offerings.
• Team lead experience is desirable.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
• Experience leading international end-to-end implementations.
• Knowledge of Azure, integrations, analytics, AI, and automation.
• Coaching, mentoring and team leadership abilities.
• Presales and business development experience desirable.

Work Type: Hybrid

Travel: International travel to customer sites and HSO offices required.

The Opportunity

As a Solution Architect, you will lead the solution vision and architectural direction of complex multinational Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform transformation programmes.

Working closely with executives, business leaders, and delivery teams, you'll help organisations transform their customer engagement, sales, marketing, service, and digital operations through the Microsoft ecosystem.

This role combines strategic advisory, solution architecture and business transformation. You'll act as a trusted advisor to customers, guide architecture decisions, and ensure successful delivery across the programme lifecycle.

As part of the role, you will also provide leadership and mentoring to consultants within the CE & Power Platform practice, helping to build capability, drive quality, and support professional growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead architecture for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform programmes.
• Advise senior stakeholders on digital transformation and technology strategy.
• Drive discovery workshops and solution design.
• Architect end-to-end solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, integrations, and data.
• Ensure scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and governance.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience working with Core Agentic AI Processes & Architecture.
• 8+ years of CRM consulting and solution architecture experience.
• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale CRM and customer engagement transformation programmes.
• Experience architecting solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Strong, hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Project Operations or Field Service.
• Broad Solution Architecture experience across Dynamics 365 CE, with proven expertise across at least three Microsoft offerings and the ability to design solutions that span multiple modules.
• Team Lead experience is desirable but not essential, with a strong ability to motivate and drive teams towards project goals.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience leading international end-to-end implementations, ideally across multiple countries and regions.
• Broad understanding of the Microsoft technology stack, including Azure, integration services, analytics, AI, and automation.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and team leadership capabilities.
• Presales and business development experience is highly desirable.
