A prominent industrial services provider is seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to oversee compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards at an industrial site in the Udine Area. The role involves enforcing safety procedures, conducting site inspections, and supporting operational teams. Applicants must have experience in HSE roles and strong knowledge of Italian regulations. This position includes a working schedule of 10 hours per day, 6 days a week, with accommodation provided.

Role Overview

The HSE Supervisor supports Danieli DCI in ensuring compliance with all Health, Safety & Environmental standards at an active industrial site in the Udine area.
The role focuses on supervising site activities, enforcing Danieli and client HSE procedures, carrying out inspections, managing safety documentation, and supporting operational teams throughout daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of Danieli HSE procedures and client safety requirements

• Conduct daily and weekly site safety inspections

• Report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and propose corrective actions

• Support Permit to Work processes and safety documentation

• Lead Toolbox Talks and daily safety briefings

• Monitor subcontractors’ compliance with HSE rules

• Assist in incident reporting, preliminary investigation, and preventive actions

• Support emergency preparedness and safety equipment checks

• Maintain HSE logs, checklists, and daily reporting to Site Management

Requirements

• Proven experience as HSE Supervisor or HSE Officer in industrial or construction sites

• Strong knowledge of Italian HSE regulations (D.Lgs. 81/08)

• Ability to supervise work areas and communicate with workers and subcontractors

• Good reporting skills and attention to detail
