Leonardo S.p.A. in Italy is seeking an HSE Specialist for its Sesto Calende office. You will help ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations and manage HSE systems (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001).

The position offers a permanent, hybrid role with a focus on training, audits with external bodies, and reporting, requiring a university degree in Security, Chemical, or Environment and English proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Security, Chemical or Environment.
• 1–3 years of HSE experience preferred.
• Knowledge of environmental, health and safety regulations.
• English communication skills (B1/B2).
• Willingness to travel nationally.

Aufgaben

• Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations.
• Manage HSE management systems (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001).
• Prepare procedures and operating instructions for HSE.
• Draft and update DVR and health & safety documents.
• Interface with external bodies during surveillance audits.
• Support incident analyses and training activities.
